Every result is self-reported by whoever submitted it and is not verified here, except a `badge` (a live trust-score lookup; null means no data). A listing is `stale` when it is `inactive` (no activity for 60 days) or `missing_from_source` (an imported listing its source no longer lists); stale listings rank last and are never hidden. A tool error is JSON with ok false, error_code, fix and next_actions; a transport error is a JSON-RPC error. Request text containing path-traversal or JNDI-style sequences can be refused by the hosting network with an HTML 403 before it reaches this server; resend without it.
